SCOTT PHILLISKIRK
At the forefront of our culinary journey is Chef Scott Philliskirk, a visionary with over 14 years of expertise in the fine dining sphere. Scott's journey began at The Cross Scythes in Totley, where he honed his skills before gaining acclaim at the Hidden Gem Cafe in Bents Green.
His tenure as head chef at Rafters' Riverside House further solidified his reputation for innovative cuisine. Since taking the helm at West 10 in January 2023, Scott has been the driving force behind our redefined gastronomic direction.

Every single dish from start to finish looked and tasted fantastic. We had the 7 course menu with the wine pairing, and all dishes and wines were really well presented and explained by the young man running front of house. Plus all of the pairings worked extremely well with the food. And we also got to try some slightly unusual wines.We have been meaning to try West 10 for some time but only just got round to it last night. It is a real asset to the fine dining scene in Sheffield.
