Do you cater to Allergies and Intolerances?At West 10, we are committed to providing a unique dining experience while prioritising your safety and well-being. Please be aware of our allergy policy as we carefully construct our menus. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for the following: Coeliac (we can accommodate gluten-free diets with advance notice) Dairy Lactose Severe shellfish allergy Severe nut allergy Vegan While we uphold high cleaning standards and diligently clean after every preparation to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we want to be transparent that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the compact nature of our kitchen. Depending on the menu in place, we may occasionally accommodate: Shellfish Nut allergy In specific cases, for shellfish and nut allergies, a waiver may be presented for your consideration. This document outlines our adherence to cleanliness regulations and cross-contamination procedures, ensuring you are informed and comfortable proceeding with your dining experience. Please reach out via email or phone prior to making your reservation to discuss any dietary concerns or allergies. Is there accessibility for guests who may require special assistance with seating?We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all our guests. Unfortunately, due to the operational structure of our establishment, regular dining downstairs may pose challenges for those needing special seating assistance. However, we are open to accommodating such requests on a case-by-case basis, considering individual needs. For specific inquiries or to discuss accessibility options, please feel free to contact us directly for personalised assistance. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us.

Can Pescatarian or Vegetarian menus be arranged?Certainly! We are delighted to offer Pescatarian and Vegetarian menus to cater to diverse dietary preferences. To ensure we provide you with a tailored dining experience, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, failing to provide this notice may limit our ability to accommodate these dietary preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that plans can change. To cancel a reservation, please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice via phone call or email. A nominal fee of £1.50 will be deducted when refunding your £20pp deposit. If cancellation is made within the stipulated time frame, guests have the option to reclaim their deposit or reschedule for a future date. Please note that application fees of £0.60 and Stripe processing fees of £0.90 are applicable.
